Last weekend, my family and I had an amazing stay in a mountainside hotel with a beautiful view of a valley filled with plum farms. the hotel's secluded location made the stay really peaceful and relaxing. the room was luxurious with high, standard facilities, and the bathroom was spotless. the service was top, notch, with staff ready to suggest the best pillows for a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was an experience to remember with a high level of Kaiseki cuisine presented beautifully. the onsen pools were the highlight, not crowded, and offered a private experience with the green mountains and flower smells providing a serene atmosphere.

What a fantastic weekend getaway! The hotel is situated up the mountains and the view is breathtaking. The room is well-facilitated, comfortable, and the service is top-notch. We loved picking out our own pillows from the gallery. The Kaiseki cuisine served was of great quality. The best part of the hotel was the outdoor onsen. The pools were not crowded, and the mountain view was a beautiful sight to behold. It was so relaxing to soak in the hot springs while smelling the flowers around the outdoor pools.
Although the staff was friendly, it was a bit of a hassle trying to communicate with them. Some members of the staff speak limited English, so it was challenging at times to understand each other.

We had an amazing stay with breathtaking views of the mountain and plum farm. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Their efforts to communicate with us, even with limited English, were appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and served with high quality.
No complaints.

The view from the room was amazing! the mountains are beautiful and can be seen from every angle. the private onsen was great, very relaxing after a long day. the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Most of the staff couldn't speak English, which made it difficult to communicate our needs.

the hot spring and open-air baths were clean and comfortable. the restaurant served exquisite food that could have been served in smaller portions - a minor issue easily overlooked. the private facilities were exclusive with impressive garden views.
I had a negative experience with a particular staff member who needs training in customer service. the other staff were friendly and helpful, despite their lack of fluency in English.
